I purchased this book a few days before thanksgiving. BEST DECISION EVER.
It isn't actually relaxing for me like it should be...I get too excited and have to obsessively plan it so it comes out right. I also addictively scroll through #johannabasford (the author, who's this awesome 20 something Scottish girl!) and all the people who post under that hashtag must be artists or something because their colorings are so good!! It's depressing but also inspiring. Anyway, get ready for LOTS more coloring pictures in the future! :-))))
Here's some Christmasy outfits for ya...in 80 degree weather. And Lanier Hicks is making a guest appearance on the blog! Many more to come, for sure.
I've been doing much more coloring than outfit planning during this break, so get pumped for a post dedicated to my completed works.
Happy Christmas !
Today my mom was washing the windows so I decided to take advantage of a cool photo opportunity.....and take a break from limits and derivatives....
Thank you lovely photographer!!
I love this pond, this picture, and these pants almost as much as I love my new coloring book.
But I loved this rushed d block photo shoot so much more....
Smiling because I got to bring my leather babies back out of the closet finally!!! :)))
And because Charlotte Russe has some pretty great $12 oxfords.
This picture describes my sentiments on thanksgiving dinner itself....but the rest of break was extremely awesome because I vedged the entire time.
Coloring is my new favorite pastime.I'm normally soooo against following trends, but I totally hopped on the adult coloring book bandwagon because I have always LOVED coloring!!!
Let's just say this year's family reunion was awesome!!!
