I forced my ever so patient father to take many a picture of me today on our trip to the pond house.
That electric fence clearly kept the deer out of the garden....
And here sits the queen of the trees, on her throne.
This is what deer stands are supposed to be used for.
A good time was had by all, and it was definitely enhanced by the fact that this dress was straight up $3 at city walk thrift store.
Oh the great joy it brings me to cram it down everyone's throats that my dress was purchased at such a bargain price.
I guess I must have been too distracted by all of the suburban sadies madness to take a full outfit photo. Whups.
So here's a nice candid of suburbia, instead.
Until next time, I will close with my go-to, sometimes awkward phrase: "peace out."
This is just a collection of some of our favorite looks of the last two weeks! We've been trying to keep things fashion forward in these frigid 50 degrees, and show our undying support for everything created by H&M....As you can see, mustard is becoming the new obsession, and in the final outfit we see a whole new mustard experience: mustard on mustard!!! You know it's great. ; ~ )
The people we stayed with own a small, four-seater plane. How awesome is that? So we cruised for a little while at 2,600 ft.
The interior was soooo retro, sooo 1982 as I was told.
The Tennessee river.
It was a little bumpy, but not bad.
We waited for this guy to pass on the runway when we got back.
It was so awesome !!!
We took a trip with some friends to Huntsville for New Years. It was FREEZING, but still pretty great! We went on a hike on day 1 of the trip and of 2016.
We came across this cool cave like the ones we go in at camp, only it was below 40 so there were no daddy long legs. I always thought those were cool as a kid, but now not so much as I spend at least three weeks every summer in close contact with way too many of them.
A colony of wild shrooms is always nice, and very photogenic.
Ta ta for now. Xx
So my uncle and I took a trip to the top of the Florida Capitol the other day...
Believe it or not, he was the one talking about the ootd pictures; I didn't have to bug him!!! So of course I had to wear something super epic because of my awesome location. And what could be better than red pants on a grey day.
We chilled upstairs for a while and then went out by the fountains :~)
Here are some new pieces I've acquired over the break.
The purse was $14 at gap!!! And the necklace was a gift from LOFT. :)))))
All in all, it was a great day. I can't wait to go back again sometime with one of my favorite people.
So that's what I wore on Christmas. I didn't recognize the tag on this shirt when I bought it but my mom said it was saks fifth avenue and turns out she's right!! Just another epic score since it was $2.50.
Oh and this is my new lovely LOFT necklace!! I'm super pumped about it!
So...instead of the usual diet of sitting around my grandmas house and watching tv.....my cousins and I went zip lining! It took five hours but it was great.
Family bonding at its finest ; )
